| PHYSICIAN'S NOTE: |
| The patient was previously on topical anti-acne preparations and oral antibiotics. Use of these medications was suspended on 12/21/94. During the 9 weeks of the NeoStrata regimen, appearance of acne scars became less prominent (decreased redness and less depressed). Upon examination at 5 months post-treatment, degree of improvement was still evident. Therapy was proven to be effective in this patient. |
