PHYSICIAN'S NOTE:
Affected areas were mid-forehead and left mid-cheek. Consistent progress was noted at each visit. At Week 3, although there was a noted improvement in the appearance of redness, the patient remained slightly red and reported feeling a slight sensation of "tightness".
PHOTOGRAPHIC NOTE:
At Week 0, the residue of make-up along the lower maxillary area was difficult to remove due to the presence of moderately severe eczema.
