PHYSICIAN'S NOTE:
Dry skin manifested primarily on lateral aspect of lower calf. On a scale of 0-8 (8 denoting extreme severity of dry skin), patient was a 3.5 at baseline and a 1 at Week 3. Note presence of scaling, uplifting flakes and the onset of fissuring at baseline. This appears to have resolved at Week 3. Patient self-evaluated improvement as significant.

Some difficulty encountered in obtaining similar views week to week. Leg was placed in a stand for photography. Positioning is slightly dissimilar.
