Account Executive: Northwest Region
We are seeking an individual who is based in the Sacramento, CA area for travel purposes, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic with a minimum of 3 years relevant selling experience in skincare/beauty retail business for our Northwest Region: Northern California, Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to deal with the challenges of the retail market while simultaneously expanding sales, managing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective manner.
Essential Duties: Sales: 50%
Assessing and capitalizing on existing accounts: Working with retail accounts (i.e. ULTA Stores) and implementing in-store events and special promotions to build sales for the retail business; Exuviance and CoverBlend brands.
Track, monitor and analyze retail sales data for all major accounts that you are responsible for on a door by door basis.
Coordinating all selling efforts between the store management and your in-store promotional person to achieve optimum levels of productivity and to satisfy sales goals.
Account Management: 30%
Nurturing relations with Store/Prestige Managers and Beauty Advisors to provide good customer service, and to capitalize on growth opportunities; to monitor all store activities including our space and location, presentation at point-of-sale; to coordinate all in-store promotional activities with store personnel (i.e. visual departments) to insure effective and lucrative promotions.
Plan, coordinate and execute the Exuviance/CoverBlend Training program for implementation to Beauty Advisors and the members of the promotional support team if the trainer is unavailable.
Management of Resources: 20%
The ability to manage company resources. Economical use of resources as a means to maintain a return on our investment. Plan and execute in-store programs and monthly events and analyze their sales results vs. the company investment; to monitor for all in-store events and recap their results on a weekly/monthly basis.
Must have 3 years experience in skincare/beauty retail business
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Travel- includes up to 3 nights in hotel; weekends and travel a must
Lifting-approximately 5- 10 lbs

Clinical Aesthetics Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for the position of Clinical Aesthetics Coordinator to conduct product-use clinical studies at NeoStrata's Skin Evaluation Center, located in the Princeton office, as well as coordinate routine external product development/safety testing. The position involves frequent interaction with outside study participants including hands-on use and evaluation of new cosmetic formulations, plus interaction with external study laboratories. The right candidate must be energetic, hands-on, and enjoy working with people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Internal Studies/Skin Evaluation Center (50%)
Coordinate and conduct internal product use and pilot efficacy studies using Good Clinical Practices as appropriate. Interact with study panelists.
Reduce study information and data into a brief written report.
Manage, utilize and maintain clinical camera equipment.
Maintain clinical laboratory and grow/manage external panelist database.
Maintain budget for in house testing.
Product Development Studies (25%)
Coordinate appropriate tests to support product claims for safety and efficacy through external research labs.
Maintain study documentation via computerized database and product files.
Maintain budget for external testing costs.
Research Studies (20%)
Assist in the coordination of external efficacy studies, including study conduction, test product maintenance, and data entry/ analysis.
Maintain company library, journal/membership subscriptions, and fulfill literature requests.

eCommerce Manager / Associate Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our growing Marketing department as an eCommerce Manager. This candidate will help develop and support the execution of all online marketing initiatives, including Website Administration, Email Marketing, SEO/SEM, Affiliate, and other digital marketing activities. As a colleague to the Marketing Manager and Online Marketing Coordinator, and reporting to the eCommerce Director, the eCommerce Manager / Associate Manager will effectively coordinate, execute, and analyze our online initiatives to help increase traffic, conversions, customer loyalty, and retention rates.
Essential Duties: Website/Mobile Administration:
Maintain all online content including product copy and images, navigation and categorization, and non-product pages including customer service, shipping/returns, help/FAQs, and other ancillary pages on our two websites and mobile environment
QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Testing promotions and other marketing programs in our staging environment to ensure that product updates and order exports are functioning properly; troubleshoot cross-browser bugs impacting user experience
Launch online banners, promotional offers, coupon codes and discounts
Cross merchandise upsells and related products on website while adhering to brand strategy
Facilitate changes to the website based on feedback from management and users
Maintain retail store locator, physician locator and event listings

Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our growing Customer Service department as a Customer Service Specialist. This candidate will maintain high customer service levels with all accounts which would include product knowledge; professional and courteous interactions with internal and external customers, ability to up sell products based on designated training provided, and follow up on any customer related feedback regarding products.
Interface with all key areas including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Clinical Operations, R&D, Quality and Finance to support the sale of product lines into various channels
Support Account Executive field sales force
Act as the Voice of the organization to the customer by maintaining all customer account level details, product requests, etc.
