Regional Account Executive: Pacific Northwest

We are seeking an individual who is based in the Seattle or Portland area for travel purposes, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic with a minimum of 3 years relevant selling experience in skincare/beauty retail business for our Pacific Northwest Region: Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montanna. The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to deal with the challenges of the retail market while simultaneously expanding sales, managing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective manner.

Essential Duties:
Sales: 60%

  • Assessing and capitalizing on existing accounts: Working with retail accounts (i.e. ULTA Stores) and implementing in-store events and special promotions to build sales for the retail business; Exuviance and CoverBlend brands.
  • Track, monitor and analyze retail sales data for all major accounts that you are responsible for on a door by door basis.
  • Coordinating all selling efforts between the store management and your in-store promotional person to achieve optimum levels of productivity and to satisfy sales goals.

Account Management: 25%

  • Nurturing relations with Store/Prestige Managers and Beauty Advisors to provide good customer service, and to capitalize on growth opportunities; to monitor all store activities including our space and location, presentation at point-of-sale; to coordinate all in-store promotional activities with store personnel (i.e. visual departments) to insure effective and lucrative promotions.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the Exuviance/CoverBlend Training program for implementation to Beauty Advisors and the members of the promotional support team if the trainer is unavailable.

Management of Resources: 15%

  • The ability to manage company resources. Economical use of resources as a means to maintain a return on our investment. Plan and execute in-store programs and monthly events and analyze their sales results vs. the company investment; to monitor for all in-store events and recap their results on a weekly/monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years experience in skincare/beauty retail business
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Travel- includes up to 3 nights in hotel; weekends and travel a must
  • Lifting-approximately 5- 10 lbs
  • Licensed Esthetician preferred, but not required

Account Executive: Maryland Region

We are seeking an individual who is based in the Northern Virginia or the Beltway of DC area for travel purposes, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic with a minimum of 3 years relevant selling experience in skincare/beauty retail business for our Maryland Region: Beltway of DC, Maryland & Virginia. The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to deal with the challenges of the retail market while simultaneously expanding sales, managing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective manner.

Essential Duties:

The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to multi-task in the medical community while simultaneously expanding sales, opening new accounts, managing existing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Achieve sales quotas through a mix of developing existing business, maintaining top accounts and successful acquisition of new business partners.
  • Effectively manage and develop existing and new accounts through new product launches, line extension, office sell through promotion plans, patient events, account trainings and business planning to meet account objectives and NeoStrata business initiatives.
  • Track, monitor and analyze sales data for all accounts within the territory and identify opportunities to expand offerings.

Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our growing Customer Service department as a Customer Service Specialist. This candidate will maintain high customer service levels with all accounts which would include product knowledge; professional and courteous interactions with internal and external customers, ability to up sell products based on designated training provided, and follow up on any customer related feedback regarding products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with all key areas including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Clinical Operations, R&D, Quality and Finance to support the sale of product lines into various channels
  • Support Account Executive field sales force
  • Act as the Voice of the organization to the customer by maintaining all customer account level details, product requests, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of the customer's business performance, trends, growth, strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities
  • Support individual customer orders for existing products as well as new product launches
  • Receive and review orders from customers
  • Process customer orders within the Manage 2000 ERP system according to domestic ordering business processes
  • Allocate and send orders to 3PL company according to established business rules
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the website to support the ecommerce channel
  • Manage promotional schedule activities including sending out agreed upon promotions, following up with the customers, placing orders and maintaining customer activity levels relative to promotions
  • Assist in determining the products to promote based on historical knowledge of customers' needs
  • Capture, report, and follow-up on all customer complaints, issues, and product related questions. This includes working with colleagues in various departments to determine a plan of corrective action which may include product replacements while the investigation continues
  • Triage adverse events from customer and route to the appropriate department
  • Maintain knowledge of all product lines via provided training
  • Obtaining regular training for all new products to ensure successful launch activities

Product Development Studies (25%)

  • Coordinate appropriate tests to support product claims for safety and efficacy through external research labs.
  • Maintain study documentation via computerized database and product files.
  • Maintain budget for external testing costs.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests
  • Strong leadership skills are required, as well as the ability to influence internal and external customers
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people throughout the organization including Department Heads, Functional Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams, Research & Development, Quality Management, and Finance

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Skincare product selling experience for medical, retail, and distributor accounts
  • Proficient in Spanish

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of direct experience within a customer service function
  • Direct customer service level experience
  • Dermatology and skin care experience desired
  • Systems experience desired including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, etc.
  • Spanish proficiency a plus
