Regional Account Executive - Atlanta, GA

We are seeking an individual who is based in the Atlanta, GA area for travel purposes, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic with a minimum of 3 years relevant selling experience in skincare/beauty retail business for our Southeast Region: Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama. The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to deal with the challenges of the retail market while simultaneously expanding sales, managing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective manner.

Essential Duties:
Sales: 50%

  • Assessing and capitalizing on existing accounts: Working with retail accounts (i.e. ULTA Stores) and implementing in-store events and special promotions to build sales for the retail business; Exuviance and CoverBlend brands.
  • Track, monitor and analyze retail sales data for all major accounts that you are responsible for on a door by door basis.
  • Coordinating all selling efforts between the store management and your in-store promotional person to achieve optimum levels of productivity and to satisfy sales goals.

Account Management: 30%

  • Nurturing relations with Store/Prestige Managers and Beauty Advisors to provide good customer service, and to capitalize on growth opportunities; to monitor all store activities including our space and location, presentation at point-of-sale; to coordinate all in-store promotional activities with store personnel (i.e. visual departments) to insure effective and lucrative promotions.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the Exuviance/CoverBlend Training program for implementation to Beauty Advisors and the members of the promotional support team if the trainer is unavailable.

Management of Resources: 20%

  • The ability to manage company resources. Economical use of resources as a means to maintain a return on our investment. Plan and execute in-store programs and monthly events and analyze their sales results vs. the company investment; to monitor for all in-store events and recap their results on a weekly/monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years experience in skincare/beauty retail business
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Travel - includes up to 3 nights in hotel; weekends and travel a must
  • Lifting approximately 5- 10 lbs
  • Licensed Esthetician preferred, but not required

Senior Demand Planner

We are seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for planning and manufacturing of products at various Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO's) while maintaining strict quality and regulatory compliance as well as balancing the needs of marketing and sales requirements. The candidate must have a strong understanding of manufacturing work environments, logistics and distribution networks along with sales and operations planning. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills as well as the ability to influence partners and manufacturing suppliers. The position will report to the Manager of Operations.

Essential Duties:

  • Work closely with our contract manufacturers to assure quality, cost effective, and timely delivery of product to global locales:
    • Manage effective partnership relationships with senior level, internal and external suppliers/contacts.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing and outsourced manufacturers to fully understand competitive lead times and identify methods to reduce internal and external lead times.
    • Identify and participate on cross functional efforts which serve to improve supplier performance relative to quality, delivery, and overall effectiveness.
    • Identify, negotiate and resolve conflicts with respect to product availability and order-promising integrity and establish and monitor supplier delivery metrics.
    • Manage the output of the outsourced manufacturer to compensate for unplanned demand or lack of demand, and assure appropriate stock levels are maintained by outsourced manufacturer.
    • Work with manufacturers to develop and implement plans which optimize scheduling parameters including lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, and delivery times.
    • Maintain product master data and associated bill of materials.
    • Manage the company's owned raw material inventory at suppliers, ensure financial and physical accuracy, and minimize or eliminate this requirement where/when appropriate.
    • Manage the company's owned component levels at various CMO's to reestablished target levels.
  • Support the Manager of Operations in crafting the proper go forward manufacturing strategy for NeoStrata and will suggest adjustments to the strategy as manufacturing business dictates.
  • Establish KPI's and balanced scorecards for global contract manufacturers to ensure efficient and robust operations and procurement activities.
  • Provides guidance to other members of the Operations Department on planning and manufacturing activities at the various CMO's.
  • Interface with marketing, sales, research and development, quality, finance, and business development to support the various business functions.
  • Support all activities involved in new product launches at the various CMO's.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Sales and Operations Planning
  • Strong background in managing CMO's
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have minimum 3 - 5years of Operations and Supply Chain experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in an engineering discipline. MBA or MS preferred. CPM/CPSM certification a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
  • Must have an understanding of supply agreements and contracts

Sales Administrator

We are looking for a detail oriented individual for the position of Sales Administrator. As a liaison between our corporate office and Account Executives in the field, this candidate will be responsible for providing corporate support including sales reports, marketing materials, and field requests as needed. Reporting to the Executive Director of Retail Sales, this candidate will work to support all aspects of the business including budgets, territory alignments, sales goals, and communication with retail partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong organization and prioritization skills as well as the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.

Essential Duties:

  • Facilitate relationship between retail partners and field sales representatives regarding event requests, stock issues, store participation, and training
  • Maintain monthly sales data including SKU reports, territory trends, and goal attainment
  • Track and maintain freelance hours for field sales representatives in accordance with corporate budgets
  • Coordinate monthly itineraries for field sales representatives
  • Assist in the launch of new products with the creation and dissemination of pricing memos, retail partner schematics, and launch materials to the field
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of requests, allocations and shipments to field representatives
  • Plan annual sales meeting including transportation, accommodations, meals, entertainment
  • Facilitate the completion of marketing materials (including printed, promotional, and collateral materials) with various outside vendors
  • Maintain, update, and manage marketing and sales materials for the field sales representatives via cloud
  • Maintain advertising and campaign calendar with various media vendors

Qualifications:

Associate Organic Chemist - Basic Research Laboratory

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join our growing Research and Development Team as an Associate Chemist - Organic Chemistry. This position will be responsible for assisting in the chemical synthesis, purification, and characterization of new ingredients, including amino acid or peptide based chemistries, for a wide range of cosmetic and therapeutic indications. This position will also assist in routine and novel analytical separation methods for characterization purposes as well as target identification. In addition, this position will handle chemical separations at the analytical level as well as preparative level. Knowledge of organic synthetic chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, biology, molecular biology, is required. Location: Princeton, NJ.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform all aspects of bench organic synthetic chemistry including use of starting materials, reagents, catalysts, solvents, following procedures provided by supervisor
  • Separation / purification techniques including but not limited to distillation, crystallization, extraction, preparative HPLC, electrophoresis
  • Operation of equipment to aid in chemical synthesis, isolation, and purification, under the direction of supervisor, including Prep-HPLC, Protein synthesizer, lyophilizer, etc
  • Use of analytical equipment to characterize chemicals, including but not limited to HPLC, IR, UV, Melting Point
  • Regular lab maintenance, including but not limited to chemical ordering, cleaning glassware, sending out samples for analysis, logging and storing results
  • Document work in Laboratory Notebook
  • Follow safe lab practices SOPs

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's of Science degree in chemistry, with a minimum of college laboratory experience in organic chemistry
  • 1-3 years of industrial chemistry, ideally organic synthetic chemistry and analytical characterization experience
  • Knowledge of the skin chemistry / biochemistry is desired
  • Knowledge of analytical methods including IR, UV, HPLC, Mass Spec, NMR
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory concepts, practices and procedures is required
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Must possess a proven track record of dependability and commitment
  • Be able to perform individually and as part of a team
  • Fully computer literate
