Medical Account Executive - Long Island, Westchester and Fairfield County
We are seeking an individual who is based in the Long Island or Westchester area, who is energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, and carries a minimum of 2 years documented successful business to business selling experience in Medical Sales preferably Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Medical Device sales in the Long Island or Westchester market. The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to multi-task in the medical community while simultaneously expanding sales, opening new accounts, managing existing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Essential Duties: Account Management and New Business Development
Achieve sales quotas through a mix of developing existing business, maintaining top accounts and successful acquisition of new business partners.
Effectively manage and develop existing and new accounts through new product launches, line extension, office sell through promotion plans, patient events, account trainings and business planning to meet account objectives and NeoStrata business initiatives.
Track, monitor and analyze sales data for all accounts within the territory and identify opportunities to expand offerings.
Management of Resources: Account Management and New Business Development
Plans activities within account to include profitable events, effective and motivational staff trainings, utilization of promotional programs to drive sell through and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Manages car stock within allocated budget; prioritizes resources for return on investment;
Maintains reasonable and appropriate levels of spending on supplies, meals for business groups, travel meals and all other expenses.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Consultative selling and business building experience
Business to Business sales experience in the medical aesthetic or device area preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel; experience using CRM tools to manage accounts
Licensed Esthetician a plus, but not required
Travel - occasional overnights
Lifting-approximately 20 lbs
