Orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped from our warehouse in Pennsylvania Monday through Friday by UPS Ground, to arrive within 3-7 business days from receipt of your order. Expedited shipping options are available (see chart below). We process and ship orders Monday - Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

NeoStrata.com is pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on US orders $75 and over to the contiguous United States (excluding taxes, special offers or discounts). For shipments totaling less than $75 there is a delivery charge of $7.95 for UPS Ground shipping. Please note: UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS.

PO Box Addresses
Our transportation partners do not deliver to PO boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box in the shipping address field, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via phone or email for a new address.

APO/FPO Addresses
Unfortunately we cannot mail to APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For shipments to these destinations we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services.
