    Shipping Rates & Delivery Schedule

    NEOSTRATA.com is pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on US orders $75 and over to the contiguous United States (excluding taxes, special offers or discounts). For shipments totaling less than $75 there is a delivery charge of $7.95 for UPS shipping. Please note: we will only accept shipments to a valid street address and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

    PO Box Addresses

    Our transportation partners do not deliver to PO boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box in the shipping address field, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via phone or email for a new address.

    Unfortunately we cannot mail to APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
